STEP 1. Initial Submission
Please use the initial submission formatting guidelines and select the track topic to which you would like to submit your initial work. then submit a word file of your extended abstract or manuscript using the button below. You will be brought to our external Digital Commons page to either create an account or log in to your existing account to submit your file.
STEP 2. Proceedings Submission after acceptance
After acceptance, use the proceedings submission formatting guidelines to format an extended abstract (recommended) or your paper by using the button below.
STEP 3. register for the conference AND EVENTS
After acceptance, you can use “any credit card of your choice” to register via PayPal. You just need a login account for PayPal. If you wish to mail a check, please email Tulay Girard at tug1@psu.edu. The Early Bird registration is due by February 15.
STEP 4. RESERVE YOUR HOTEL ROOM
Please visit the Travel Information page under the Conference tab on this website to reserve your hotel room using the link provided for the hotel to secure the discounted conference rate before February 28.
