STEP 1. Initial Submission
Please use the initial submission formatting guidelines and select the track topic to which you would like to submit your initial work. then submit a word file of your extended abstract or manuscript using the button below. You will be brought to our external Digital Commons page to either create an account or log in to your existing account to submit your file.
STEP 2. Proceedings Submission after acceptance
After acceptance, use the proceedings submission formatting guidelines to format an extended abstract (recommended) or your paper by using the button below.
STEP 3. register for the conference AND EVENTS
After acceptance, you can use any credit card of your choice to register via PayPal. If you wish to write a check, please email Tulay Girard at tug1@psu.edu. The Early Bird registration is due by February 15.
