With PDFs, the authors' names should also be removed from Document Properties found under File on Adobe Acrobat's main menu. Failure to adhere to this step (Step 7)will cause the submission to be delayed. Please follow the procedure. See Author Guidelines

The Conference Director or a Track Director may change at their discretion your submission if the guidelines are not followed.

  8. All co-authors have been entered with full contact information including email address and affiliation. Co-authors not included in the original submission will not be included in the paper in the system.

Please note that as coauthors are entered the submitting author can specify the order by moving the coauthor up and down using the arrows.

  9. I(we) acknowledge that if the paper is accepted at least one author will register for the conference and pay the early registration fee by January 23, 2010 using the Paypal feature of AMTP.

  10. If you would like to request a day to present please enther this in the Comments for Director section of the submission. We will try to honor as many requests as possible. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be possible.
