Conference Presentation Guidelines

Please note that each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length. Each presentation should be allotted a share of the time so that all presentations have the same amount of time. Allow about two minutes between presentations. For 3 presentations in a session each presenter should limit the presentation to 15 minutes.

Each meeting room will have a notebook computer with Office 2010. The notebook computer is connected to a projector and each room has a screen.

Please bring your presentation on a flash drive and run it off that drive. Do not copy your presentation to the desktop of the computer.

If you need internet access for your presentation, you must make arrangements with the hotel directly and pay for access. We have found in the past that this is not productive for a 15 minute presentation. We suggest that images of web pages be used if they are critical to your presentation.
