Submitting Accepted Papers for the AMTP 2010 Proceedings

If your paper has been accepted for publication in the AMTP 2010 Proceedings, please follow the guidelines below.

First your paper or abstract must be formatted using the appropriate templates below. You may choose to have either your full paper or your abstract published in the proceedings.

Since your paper has been accepted you should now reinstate the reference to the author(s).

The templates have submission instructions on sending the paper to Dave Shepherd our proceedings editior.

AMTP 2010 Full Paper for Proceedings AMTP_2010_Paper_Template.doc

AMTP 2010 Abstract for Proceedings AMTP_2010_Abstract_Template.doc

Please name your document with your last name and 2010 and your paper number assigned in the conference managment system as follows:

Smith2010PaperXXX.doc where XXX is the paper number assigned when you submitted your paper to the conference system site. Log in to the site as an author and click on your paper title and the number will be dsiplayed.

Email your document as an attachment to Dave Shepherd at dshepherd@georgiasouthern.edu and also email the attachment to Rick Mathisen at rmathise@kennesaw.edu 

Papers submitted that are not properly formatted may be returned for correction by the proceedings editor.

At least one author of accepted refereed papers must register for the conference and all panel participants must register by January 15, 2010 using the registration at

http://www.amtp.org/ocs/index.php/amtp/amtp2010/index 

These must be completed within two weeks after the opening of Registration on December 15, 2009, upon notice of acceptance of papers or panels.

All conference attendees who register by February 26, 2010 will be eligible for the early registration fee of $285.00 After February 26, 2010 the late registration fee is $315.00
