All conference registrations must be done through our new system at http://www.amtp.org/ocs/index.php/amtp/amtp2010/index

If you do not already have an account there, please sign up.

At least one author of accepted refereed papers must register for the conference and all panel participants must register by January 15, 2010 using the registration at the site listed above.  These must be completed within two weeks after the opening of Registration on November 30, 2009, upon notice of acceptance of papers or panels.

All conference attendees who register prior to February 26, 2010 will be eligible for the early registration fee of $285.00 After February 26, 2010 the late registration fee is $325.00

Our conference hotel is the Hilton Beachfront Resort. Our room rate is $169.00 plus taxes per night. You must make your reservations by February 26, 2010 to guarantee availability. To make reservations click here AMTP 2010 Hotel Reservations

AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON HOTEL RESERVATIONS

By using the conference rate we get credit against our block of rooms. If we do not get credit we have to pay for the meeting rooms. Under all of our contracts the meeting room fee is waived if we meet our room commitment and our Food and Beverage commitment. If we do not meet these the meeting rooms are charged and as a result the conference registration fee would go up by nearly double our current amount. Yes you may find a cheaper rate for hotel rooms online or with the hotel, but his just hurts everyone else. Another consequence is that potentially the association may have to pay for unused rooms in our block. We hope you understand.
